Arundo Donax 'Variegata'

A giant tropical reed! this plant has extremely bold, crisp white & green variegated strap like leaves on thick stout, bamboo like stems. Semi evergreen & prefers a sheltered sunny spot. keep very moist, a good plant for containers. It has a very tropical look so its nice planted with palms, tree ferns etc. Produces feathery white flowers October onwards depending on the weather. May need some winter protection.
