Carex flacca is known as the blue-green sedge, a fine leaved, mat like evergreen species from Southern Europe, interesting small cone like flowers along its foliage lengths, thriving in dry shade or part shade sites, very tough & adaptable. A great foil to dry shade tolerant ferns & perennials.
