Hardy Bamboo

Bamboos offer year round appeal being evergreen, with their unique foliage & structural qualities. They provide an exotic effect, with a wide choice of varieties having brightly coloured glossy stems, lush foliage, & rustling movements from their upright growth. Like structures designed to a high degree of sophistication, bamboos posses an inherent poetry & are objects of great beauty. They provide the gardener with a wide range of uses in the mixed border or container, as specimen plantings, or to form a screen. They are fairly tolerant of most soil types, although they prefer to not being allowed to dry out. We are steadily increasing our range of these choice plants and will be offering in-depth cultivation advice to go with them.
