Penstemon digitalis 'Huskers Red'

These herbaceous Penstemons are very reliable with a long flowering period and very effective either in a mixed border or grown in a large container on the patio. A magnet for bees & other pollinating insects.

This variety has white- stained pink tubular trumpet flowers from July- August onwards over beetroot stained purple foliage, a very pretty plant.

They prefer full sun to part shade in a moist but draining soil. Ht 90cm x Sp 50cm
