Persicaria amplexicaulis 'Rosea'
Persicaria Rosea also known as bistort, this lovely variety bears long stalked spikes of delicate pale pinky red flowers in profusion from June until the end of September over fast spreading, clumps of prominently veined ovate leaves, which then turn stunning colours into the Autumn months.
The flowers are much loved by bees and other beneficial insects and compliment most grasses and perennial plants. Great as a ground cover in sun to partial shade in moist but well drained soil.
