Cyperus glaber also known as the Egyptian paper grass for its resemblance to papyrus, and that its a native of subtropical locations. Lime-green triangular evergreen foliage is topped by attractive spherical shaped spikes which initially have red central tints that fade golden brown when ripe. Often used by flower arrangers.
This grass prefers a moist and even wet or boggy site, in the margins of ponds or small waterproof tubs, in full sun to part shade.
