Digitalis lanata 'Cafe Creme'
The "Woolly Foxglove" an unusual variety with the lanata type being more perennial than other forms of foxglove. best known for its tall spikes of tubular flowers which rise above a broad leaf foliage base. It has a stunning 'Coffee & Cream flower colouring, pearl-white lower lips with pale coffee-brown veins. Fantastic planted at the back of a border & very attractive to bees.
A very useful plant as when its placed into a moist but drained soil, it will grow in full sun, to part shade and even full shade. Meaning that you can utilise it for a border plant and even into an underplanted woodland. Cut back any spent flowering stems for a second flush of blooms.
