Geum (Avens)

Geums, or 'Avens' are known as traditional Hardy perennial , cottage garden favourites. they are all low growing, weed suppressing clump formers, for the front of a border preferring a sunny spot in a moist soil. the flowers are held above the foliage on short stems & are very prolific. really useful plants.
