Tricyrtis 'Hototogisu'

The 'Toad Lilly', an exotic effect, late flowering perennial plant which prefers a moist and shaded location, a great association plant with Ferns, hostas, and grasses, really unusual light mauve - purple flowers with an unusual metallic blue tinge, over smooth dark green leaves.

best grown in a sheltered, shady border or woodland garden with some moisture in the soil, fully hardy, mulch well with compost.
