Echinacea 'Hula Dancer' or the 'pale purple Coneflower' is a selected form much sought after, bearing slightly fragrant, white petals tinged pink which are very narrow & reflexed drooping gently from a central orange-brown cone. These are formed from June until the first frosts & ideal woven through a border of ornamental grasses.
Very popular with bees & butterflies, and standing well into the winter, even the dead stems & flower heads give structure when covered in dew or frost.
Plant Echinaceas in well drained soil in full sun & they will reward you with months of flowers.
