Wisteria floribunda 'Harlequin'
The Japanese wisteria which is a large, vigorous, long flowering climber, with long racemes of pea-like, two-toned purple & mauve flowers often blotched with yellow, full of fragrance appear and open before its pinnate leaves which emerge bronze tinged, light green in late spring, this variety often also repeat flowers later into the summer.
Ideal in a sunny spot trained over a pergola, fence or wall which it will quickly fill. This is a very choice climber, and it may take 2-3 years to establish before flowering, but well worth the wait.
Prefers full sun to a dappled shade in a moist but well drained soil, best grown against a warm sunny wall.
Supplied as mature plants in 3ltr pots grown up 3 canes.
